Frequently Asked Questions
What to bring, age requirements, weather, cancellations.
General
What age are the tours suitable for?+
Night tours are suitable for children aged 5 and up. For private tours with younger ages — contact us.
How long does the tour last?+
Between one and a half to two hours. Includes a coffee/tea break in the middle.
What to bring?+
Closed-toe hiking shoes, water, warm clothes for the season. We bring lanterns and stories.
What if it rains?+
In summer it's rare. If it does — we'll move to an alternative date or offer a full refund.
Do the tours go into full darkness?+
Most tours don't run into fully dark hours, in line with national park and nature-reserve rules. We set out at dusk and enjoy the last light together with the glow of the lanterns.
Bookings and Payment
How do I book?+
From the calendar on the website. Choose a date, fill in details, secure payment through Grow. You'll receive an email confirmation and invoice.
Cancellation policy?+
Full refund up to 48 hours before the tour. Later cancellation — we'll try to find an alternative.
Is there a private group option?+
Yes — for groups of 8 people and above. Send a request through the contact form.
Meeting point, accessibility & price
Where do we meet?+
The exact meeting point is sent with your booking confirmation, along with a navigation link. Tours take place across the Hefer Valley and HaSharon.
Is the tour suitable for toddlers and strollers?+
Morning tours are short and flat (1.5–2 km), suitable from age two, and a stroller passes through most of the route. Night tours are suitable from age 5.
How much does a tour cost?+
Each tour has an adult and child price, shown on the tour page and when you pick a date. Some tours offer a family price; for a private tour the price depends on group size.
