Tour Booking
The booking is valid only after payment confirmation on Grow. Until you receive a confirmation email — the booking has not been completed.
Cancellations and Refunds
Full refund up to 48 hours before the tour date. Later cancellation — at the organizer's discretion based on circumstances. Cancellation by the organizer — full refund or alternative date.
Weather and Safety
The organizer may cancel due to weather, security situation, or any safety risk. In such case — alternative date or full refund.
Content and Photos
Photos and texts on the website are protected by copyright. Photos in which participants are photographed will be stored and displayed only with consent.
