Travel With Hilel collects the minimum information necessary to book a tour and communicate with you. We do not sell information. We do not send mail without explicit consent. This version is preliminary — we will review with a legal advisor before launch.
Why we collect
To confirm a booking, send reminders, generate invoices, and respond to your inquiries. No use beyond this without consent.
Where it's stored
Secure database in Europe (Frankfurt). Service providers: Fly.io (hosting), Grow (payments, invoices), SendGrid (email), Twilio (SMS). All under GDPR agreements.
How long it's stored
Booking details — 7 years per Israeli authority requirements. Contact details without active booking — deleted after one year.
Your rights
You can request to view, correct, or delete your information. Send a request through the contact form with the subject "Personal Information Request".
Cookies
We use only one cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) to remember your preferred display language. No advertising tracking.
